Payment Plan - Make payments online early to put towards your Recital month invoice in advance. 

CHEERLEADING NUTCRACKER - Is held at ICC Performing Arts Theater in East Peoria  (theater seating)

PEP RALLY SHOWCASE - Is held outdoors at The Cottage = bring lawn chairs for seating ( smaller scale then Cheerleading Nutcracker Production)

EXTRA FEES - will apply to recital, costumes, bows, performance shoes, practice wear, team apparel, picture day Send-off Parties and team bonding events.

Extra Costumes, are based on performances for recitals or community events. Performance Costumes fees, must be paid in full before cheerleaders can perform.

*Coach Bre will choose costume wear, no later than 1 month before recital.

(Options could be to rent or purchase costumes, Coach Bre will let parents know per recital or showcase)

SPIRIT GRAM - wish cheerleaders good luck, spirt grams will be read out loud to cheerleaders right before they perform. 

Spirit Gram purchases will start 1 hour before performance and end 30mins before performance start. IN LOBBY or OUTSIDE

All cheerleaders must have proper wear/costumes to perform at recitals or performances. *Extra performance wear fee, will be charged on final invoice.

JUNE =The Pep Rally Showcase
DECEMBER = Cheerleading Nutcracker Recital.  

Performance Rehearsal Schedule-The month of November/December and May/June Tuition will be the same, as every other month and due on the 1st of the month. Class schedule will vary for November, December, May and June. *If your child miss two practices, she/he will not be able to perform unless she/he attend makeup session at $20 per makeup session.  (Mandatory rehearsals are Mandatory)

BASE WEAR FOR RECITALS

NUTCRACKER RECITAL- Transitions tights (skin tone color), nude underwear,  These items will never come off, each costumes will go over these items. and skin tone ballet shoes

Nutcracker Rehearsals  Pink (mulberry) Leotards are REQUIRED

PEP RALLY RECITAL- Transitions tights (skin tone color), nude underwear, These items will never come off, each costumes will go over these items. and skin tone ballet shoes

Performance Hair - Pulled up in a high bun

Absenteeism Not Tolerated- All recital cheerleaders are obligated to perform in each of the shows that they are part of. Absenteeism from any of the shows will not be tolerated. Any student intentionally missing a show will not be permitted to perform in next Recital!
