REGISTRATION FEE 
Non Refundable
* Registration fee and 1st Month Fee is collected, at the beginning of each semester. 

Ages 2 - 13 
- $50 Cheerleaders Registration
- $25 Broken down for each Semester  you enroll

*transitioning to next class group; will be the following  January or August after birthday, Whichever comes 1st. 
*graduating out of the program at the end of the semester after your 14 Birthday. 

Cheer Uniforms
*Uniform price will be the current market price.  Parents will be responsible for the price of cheer uniform. 
*Note: Coach Bre does not control market rates. 

*Should you need to borrow a Cheerleading Uniform, you can rent at $125.00 dollars.  

MONTHLY TUITION POLICY - NON-REFUNDABLE
Tuition is due the 1st of each month.  Invoices will be sent out every month via email, please make your payment through Coach Bre Cottage Invoice. Should you need to pay in person, we accept cash, money orders, credit cards, and debit cards. We DO NOT accept personal checks. Money orders should be made payable to Coach Bre Cottage, LLC. 

Picking cheerleaders up late from cheer and dance class will result in extra fees.

Tuition is the same amount each month regardless if it’s a 3 or 5 week month.

Tuition Fee is nonrefundable for missed lessons (for any reason).  After the 8th of the month, a $20.00 late fee will be added to your account and a past due invoice will be Emailed to you.  If your account falls behind more than 15 days, you will be asked to pay your balance or your child’s enrollment may be suspended or cancelled. Reminder to re enroll, you will be considered a new cheerleader. 

Tuition is due on the 1st of the month. ❤

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY 
If at any time it is necessary to cancel lessons due to bad weather (such as snow or ice), there will be a group message sent to our cheer app two hours before class. Because of limited human resources, it is not practical to call each and every parent. 

*Make up class/time will take place the last two months of  the current semester

COTTAGE COMMUNICATIONS 
Parents will  be emailed important information. Please take the time to read this information to keep informed of  Coach Bre Cottage happenings and announcements. You will also receive and exclusive invite to Coach Bre Cottage Band App, where all parents, coaches and mentors can communicate.

CATS CHAT

Every Month on the 2nd Saturday 11am to 11:30am (group call on band) Coach Bre or Representaive  will call you. You do not have to join if you do not have any questions. 

HEALTH 
You are the best judge of your child’s health and we trust you will not bring a sick child to the Cottage. If in the opinion of the coaching staff your child is sick, we will call you to come and pick up your child.

DISCARD POLICY
The Cottage reserves the right to cancel the enrollment of a cheerleader for the following reasons: (1) Non-payment or excessive late payments of fees. (2) Not observance of Coach Bre Cottage rules. (3) Child has special needs which we cannot adequately meet with our current staffing patterns. (4) Physical and/or verbal abuse of staff or children (by a parent or child). (5) Parent is disrespectful and jeopardies CBC Program

PROGRAM CONCERNS 
Contact staff during office hours. Please refrain from addressing staff before, after class or events. 

COVID-19 Refund Policy 
If classes cannot be held in person, all classes will be held virtually at the time of your normal scheduled class. New material will be learned; it is important to continue to attend classes to be ready for upcoming recitals.
