Doors Will Open 10mins Before Class ONLY
ATTENDANCE – Attendance is taken at the beginning of each class. It is important that your child attends cheer class every week. Good attendance is imperative, as absences and tardiness affect the entire class.
Coach Bre Cottage cannot jeopardize its responsibilities to the rest of the class. If a cheerleader misses too many classes, he/she may fall behind the rest of the class and may be asked not to perform in the recital. A “Perfect Attendance” award will be given to those cheerleaders who do not miss a single lesson all year.
OBSERVATION – Classes will be conducted with the doors closed; it is very disturbing to the cheerleaders and their coach when there is a lot of noise. Parents will be allowed to observe 5 mins of the first class. After that, “watch weeks” will be posted on our cheer app and website calendar.

DOORS OPEN -ONLY 10mins before your schedule class.
DROP OFF -at Door 1
Door 1 = is located on the side of the building closest to the blood bank. Door with railing.
Please help staff by using easy transitions shoes, that cheerleaders can take on and off(on their own).
*Tip Please put cheerleader name inside shoes and on their cheer bags.
PICK UP -at Door 3
Door 3 = is located by the studio side of the Cottage, side with mailbox
*Everyone will enter the circle one way in and one way out
Cheerleaders will wash hands or use hand sanitizer to enter in studio.
*This is a roll and stop pick up and drop off procedure. Staff will not put cheerleaders in and out of car seats. Staff will be at each door, to greet cheerleaders or send cheerleaders out.
BEHAVIOR- Please make sure cheerleaders come to class ready to learn. Coach Bre and staff will monitor behavior each semester.
Discipline Policy:
Following procedures with respect to instances of inappropriate student behavior:
First offense – cheerleader will receive an official warning and a call will be placed to parent(s)
Second offense – cheerleader will be placed on probation for a period of time determined by Coach Bre which time a parent must be on premises during all rehearsals and lessons
Third offense – cheerleader will receive a two week suspension from classes
Fourth offense – cheerleader will be expelled from the program. Should disciplinary action be necessary contrary to the steps outlined above, Coach Bre holds the right to determine if the offense is serious enough to warrant immediate discipline and/or dismissal.
PRACTICE WEAR -Class Wear is a Requirement. All Cheerleaders are required to purchase items through our online store Nimbly Store.

1. Flesh tone ballet shoes - through nimbly
2. All white gymnastic shoes - through nimbly
*Please make sure hair is secure and out of face and no jewelry, for safety.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS - you will need starting April 1, 2021.
*Items will be used for portions in recitals, classes and events* (please check current recital page)

*Please check, our classroom store on shopnimbly.com, for items you will need. Recital Costume information will be given out no later than 30 days before recital.
*Class room Items should be purchased through our classroom store Nimbly. Please Register and sign up, for an account.
Please bring ballet and cheer/gymnastic shoes to change into at class.
Spirit Instructor will let cheerleaders know which shoes to change into.
*Tip=Having a cheer/dance bag, with all items packed and ready is helpful and putting your child name in their shoes etc.
